Returns & Exchanges

Victoria Beckham offers a seamless return process for all items returned in their original, unworn condition with tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Please note that certain items, such as pierced jewelry and intimate apparel, are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original designer packaging and include the completed return form inside the shipping box.

• 3.
  Label and Dispatch

  Affix the pre-paid DHL shipping label provided with your order to the outside of the box and schedule a collection or drop it off at a local service point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
